that operates two ice cream concepts through its agreement with
Guardian Food Concepts, a Baltimore-based food and beverage brand
management company (www.guardianfoodconcepts.com).
Based in Atlantic Beach, Florida, SICG has assembled an experienced
leadership team that plans to open 15-20 stores in Northeast Florida
over the next five years. Both brands are higher-end concepts serving
premium products within professionally merchandised stores.
